Return and order-issue requests
Contact support promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the item ordered. Include the order number and clear photographs of the parcel and affected item.
Because research materials require controlled handling, opened or temperature-exposed products may not be eligible for return. Eligibility is evaluated case by case in accordance with applicable law.
